Traffic Tickets Part I

    The most common provincial offences are called traffic tickets.  Whether you are a professional driver or a regular commuter, the consequences of a traffic ticket conviction can be drastic., with increased insurance premiums and lost wages for fighting the tickets.  Let Lee handle all of the details of the allegation.

    Part III's are Summons to appear at traffic court on a specified date.  They are normally attributed to a more serious charge.  Lee can prepare a defence.

These tickets normally can be fought in person at the courthouse for a reduced fine than what is written on the ticket.  If you have the time to take off of work to fight it, otherwise contact Lee for availability.

    Inspections for compliance with building codes,  are normally carried out by by-law officers  If there is suspicion of non-compliance, a Notice of Violation will be issued, with timelines to respond.  

    Other types of include regulatory or licensing boards.  These matters are heard at tribunals. 

Fire Code Violations

     If you are a property owner, either commercial or residential, there are obligations that must be met.  If a fire inspector attends your property and issues citations, I can help you navigate through the process.

Health Code Violations

     Some businesses require routine inspections from the public health department.  For example, Tattoo parlours and restaurants are governed under this authority.  If you have had a violation and were issued a ticket, call  for help.

Under an Emergency Order, By-Law Officers have the authority to issue these tickets.  There are steep fines associated with this allegation. These matters will be heard in Provincial Court once the courts open back up.
